Pay rate:$ 13.00-$15.00 an hour

Each applicant who is selected for the position of stripping and waxing hard surface flooring, with the strip/wax crew, will be responsible for a vast array of duties. Applicants must be versed in the process of using a variety of machines to safely remove (strip) old wax, neutralizing the floor and the application of new wax by different application methods. This type of worker must have ability to adapt to and deal with adverse flooring conditions. A strip/wax employee will work with single discs, boost machines, wet/dry vacuums, squeegies, mops and buckets, razor sticks, doodle bugs, buffing machines and numerous stripping/waxing chemicals. A stripping and waxing crew will be composed of a crew leader plus two to four members. Jobs will be completed in a timely manner directed by the district manager and general manager of the company. All equipment will be maintained and accounted for by each member of the strip/wax crew.
We are also currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a custodian. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. The custodian will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and dining room and public areas. This is fantastic opportunity to earn competitive pay.
